Cannot close a message box

Hello,

I am playing X3:AP with a bunch of mods all included in the LxXRM 3.1 package.
One of the mods (advanced products chaser) sends messages to the log that need to be closed by clicking on a OK button at the bottom of the message box.
The problem is I have got a badly formatted message and the button does not display. I cannot close the message, cannot read further messages and the msg icon in the side bar keeps blinking orange. Is there a way to remove this message, maybe by editing a file somewhere ?

If the button is there, just invisible because of overlaps with other content then you might still be able to "click" it by navigating to the button using arrow keys and then hit enter on it.
