Saturday again. They seem to appear faster and faster. Must be because I'm older than dirt. :P

Saturday means another broadcast from yours truly. I haven't really decided what I'm gonna be doing yet, but I'm sure that I'll think of something :wink:

If you want to listen, you'll need some software. Winamp version 2.81 is a pretty good choice. You can get it at:

http://classic.winamp.com

DO NOT GET VERSION 3 OF WINAMP!

Version 3 is a piece of Junk. Scroll down the page until you see the download link for version 2.81.

I will be in the chatroom at the Cartel website. The address is:

Click the #cartel link on the left to get to the chatroom. Or, if you have mIRC (or similar IRC chat client), you can use that. Connect using the following parameters:

Will get WinAmp again but why is Ver 3.0 worse than 2.8?

Because they added all kinds of useless junk to version 3. All it does is eat resources. Version 2.81 isn't like that. It's a good all-around program that does the job well.

So you can still listen to your broadcast with version 3 then without any problems. Or will using this newer version affect our viewing pleasure. :gruebel:

No buffering what so ever with my lovely broadband connection as well. :)
