I recently got a new PC and decided it was time to do a restart X TC vanilla game.
I remembered in the past I rebuilt the stations and ships in Presidents End, and other places, but I can't remember how!
I'm pretty sure I had to start by scanning the debris, and it gave me a list of wares needed. But I can't find the command. Would this be a mod I used? Or does my 1200+ hours make me a Noob?

Ship/Station Debris
Pushing up the anti, I know you're gonna see me, Read 'em and weep, The deadman's hand again.
Re: Ship/Station Debris
That had to have been a mod, there is no way to rebuild or interact with ship and station debris in vanilla.
Re: Ship/Station Debris
I have that mod. It allows you to either fix wrecked stations and gates with a sufficiently large supply of materials (only a couple of TLs in the game can hold enough materials for a gate repair), or cannibalize those wrecks for materials.
Definitely not a "vanilla" game mechanism.

Cheers chaps.
Back in the day I was very into any mods I could find.
Now I'm trying to get through all the achievements with a 'clean' game. Just got the Player HQ plot ( all my trained marines are KIA. didn't know I'd need more) and the all sectors visited to go (no idea which one I'm missing). And all the DID campaign. But I might not bother with those as that's another restart.
