Cycrow's plugin manager will NOT work for me, and I use it just as I used to, all I have enabled are the 3 script library defaults, advanced jump drive, cheat collection pack AP, Cap ship crew, bounty hunter guild, and one more, I forgot

Sorry, but Tech Sp is for technical issues with the vanilla game. Please post such questions in the relevant S&M plugin manager and/or mod threads. X3AP vanilla code has not been changed for ages now so the issue is not from any update or change there.
