Automated deployment of satellites

I'm using some mods that have the ability to auto deploy satellites, (MARS and Universe Explorer) but when I go to use the options provided by them nothing happens or the automated M5s do not deploy anything. Is there some sort of conflict between them that I do not know about?

List of all the mods I'm using:
-Universe Explorers
-Salvage Commands and NPCs
-Improved Races 2.0.
-DAD Drones
-NPC Bail Addon
-Pirate Guild
-Cockpit Mod
-Terran Police Licence
-The X3:AP Bonus Package
