Teladiadium

I have captured a ship that contains Teladiadium cargo, but can't find anyone that buys it. I know if I have Teladiadium on the Skunk I can sell it through a trader, but there doesn't seem to be a way of selling it from another ship. This doesn't make sense.
Does anyone have any ideas on this?

Teladianium is used by the Teladi in Fields of Opportunity to build ships(TO DLC), sell it to the big station in Verdant Profit.

Teladianium is used to build ships in Fields of Oppertuinity, instead of Reinforced Metal Plates.

Another way to get rid of it is to load it up on a freighter you want to sell (must be able to carry appropriate cargo type - container, right?), and sell that ship. I'm not sure how much you get for the cargo on board, it'll certainly not be at top dollar, but probably either market average or minimum (I'm sure someone out there can provide that particular detail.)
