[3.51] engineers don't work on destroyed modules after ships return during plot

If before ships were 'impounded' during plot they were damaged, after they get returned they don't repair destroyed modules.
I've had Rahannas with only one engine working(one destroyed completely) and some guns destroyed, and engineer didn't repair them. And I had Taranis with almost all guns down - engineer didn't repair them either.
Engine and guns on Rahannas seems to be fixed when repairing hull in shipyard, but I didn't check it on Taranis as I just rearmed it with upgrading at shipyard(costed a fortune though).

P.S. Both engineers work normally after repairing/rearming.

There might be a return the the engineers having 'none' command after return in the plot.
