Starting ships pilots don't "show their skills"

Hi there,
I started a new game with the teladi outpost start so i have been granted 3 gigurums. When i ask for their pilots skills i have a nice "?". Owned assets crews should show their skills right. Furthermore after that i bought a Teladi Toucan with a pilot and this one show me his skills right. I restarted a game to test again and it happens again. Bug ? by the way is there a Trac or smthg to post bugs or it has to stay in the forums ?

That is annoying, however i think there might be a simple fix. Try telling the pilot to come back on board the skunk, then have him board the ship again. This I think should trigger him showing you his skills (though I could be wrong)

Confirming that in my try of the start a few days ago, it also had a "?" where a skill level would be.
