PROPOSAL: Gamepad bindings

Please devs, if at all possible could we have the gamepad bindable to multiple keys.
This would expand the number of key bindings by as much as at least 4 x times to what is possible now.
And perhaps a headlook toggle key too.

So for example:
When button A is held then left stick can be used for headlook.
When the B button is held you can have 4 new commands on the d-pad.
When the X button is held, you can have 4 new commands on the d-pad again.
Same with Y, 4 new commands again. And so on with others.

The possibilities are a massive with binding new commands to bumpers and triggers too.

for people like me who like playing from the couch with the big screen tv, this is a big boost.
