[MOD] Manager Call (v0.6 Jan 3 2015)

ManagerCall version 0.6

Download



Update notes:

v0.6: Fixed bug that prevented repeated reports from different stations.

v0.5: Removed the trigger when a manager calls you about budgets. All features (see "What and How") are now coded in one single file.

Installation:

If you have installed a previous version please remove it completely form the extensions folder. Only then extract the complete folder "ManagerCall" of the new version into the extensions folder.


What and How:

Call a manager of any of your station (for example via the property list > com > call manager) and you will see two options:
  • Station Report: provides a report on that particular station

    Accountant Report: provides a report on ALL your station
Both reports will be sent to the player's logbook tab "Tips".

Hi euclid,

quick bug report, I think. I'm getting a "Transfer Credits to [Manager]" mission, and transferring funds doesn't end it. Verified that the manager now has about a million creds more than minimum required.

Could be wysiwyg's Enhanced Money Transfer, and I just reported this there as well, but can't say for sure.

edit: Sorry. False alarm. Capped and sold a Titurel, and gave the manager 5,000,000 more than he wanted from the proceeds, and the mission ended.

Hi euclid,

Quick report: When I call a manager back to the Skunk, he.she/it still has the "Station Report" and "Accountant Report" conversation options. Choosing those options doesn't seem to do anything though, so it's not a big problem.

I didn't expect someone would remove a manager from a station. Will insert a corresponding check in a future update.

i would never have done it either, except I'm trying to do something with the manager script, and none of the changes were triggering, so I thought that maybe taking the manager out and putting him back in would start the patches triggering. (Didn't work though.)
