Oh yes, he can do whatever he wants insulting my point of view because he is a "moderator"; but when I point out the flaw in his logic that he doesn't practice what he preaches in one word (i.e. I said he was a hypocrite, instead of saying "your argument is hypocritical") I'm too direct? This is just silly.
Anyways... Steam can be a great program for other reasons other than technically. For those who don't have Steam you should know that come near Christmas time, they had (at least in 2011 - I don't remember when they started the promotion) you can win free games by simply logging in each day, so even if you don't want to use the program for your games it might be beneficial to use for promotional offers only. I only say these things because I wish someone had told me sooner! For example, I got 3 games free, I think it was Shogun 2, Fallout New Vegas, and Nuclear Dawn last year. I figured I would add that because that wasn't mentioned before in these posts. They may even have the X games for free, and given how long it's taking to make the game, it may be useful to know this come Christmas time.

Another rule you agreed to when you signed up was not to discuss moderator actions on the forum. If you have an issue with a moderator's actions then the procedure for making a complaint is to contact the moderator, or an admin, by PM. In addition to removing and locking this post so that you don't spoil the Steam discussion for everyone else, your childish forum signature on the same subject has also been removed.
