hi,
so i decided to get an overtuned one without cheating :p
once the money is gathered, i did 197 reloads. here are the draws i've got, with their overtuned speed and number of draws (speed -> #)
134.4 -> 36
139.2 -> 22
144.0 -> 29
148.8 -> 28
153.6 -> 22
158.4 -> 19
163.2 -> 14
168.0 -> 7
172.8 -> 5
177.6 -> 6
182.4 -> 5
187.2 -> 2
192.0 -> 1 (i stopped there)
one must be patient and has some time to lose :s :))

I got mine at 196.8 from the ninth or tenth reload.  The best luck I've ever had in X-Universe.
It's a very nice ship, with 8 EBCs or PBGs (I actually brought both and switched according to different situations) and loads of Hurricanes and Tornados you can pretty much solo the game.

Aren't they synonyms?  It definitely beats me why you would spend two hours reloading though when I think you can still use the CLS2 exploit for exactly the same result. Of course it is good to know what the apparent maximum is.

The reloading is kind of fun, very much like lucky draw. Of course the fun will diminish after 20 or 30 reloads.
