How close were you to the target and or other objects, eg. asteroids, large docks etc.

The same happens when you try to deploy a satellite near a station or an asteroid, collision detection kicks in and moves it away. Get further away from your target before sending your guys inside.

albions one of the worst places for this to happen as theres so many thigns around that will trigger the collision avoidance like all the asteroids.
its best to try boarding when your in a nice open space

You're lucky actually. I did similar in Albion Delta and the marines ended up 120km away from the HCP. Nowdays after 2 months, i'm waiting, any moment, to hear "boarding operation failed, the shield were not down long enough"

I'm trying to deploy as close a possible, ~150m away, which is make sense because they are slow ! and target moves quickly.... well not that quickly, I damage it to the level it flying 26m/h.... but still marines are very slow to reach highly maneuverable Centaur. So what will be recommended distance to deploy? Then what do to if speed of the target is much higher then suite and it maneuvers intensively?

When I am boarding a target,I first put myself in its flight path, then head straight towards it,at about 800 metres apart I hit the piracy board ship option.80%of the time My marines deploy directly in front of the target. Thus the target comes to my marins rather than my marines going to him.
You see the marines eject towards the rear.

You missed the point Ectar, this problem is common in Albion sectors only. (and in Aldrin of course.) Try to deploy a satellite. Even if you choose the position carefully it will end up in a strange place. Avoid those 4 sectors for such operations (or use pods) and never hit SETA while other of your ships are with you. The collision avoidance will make them go nuts.

No, not a bug. Just really big collision avoidance boxes

Is that by design? What is the reason of such big boxes? But anyways... advice accepted - do not engage in boarding and other such activities in those sectors
