http://www.amazon.co.uk/Veet-Hair-Removal-Creme-200ml/dp/B000KKNQBK

Read the first 5 star review (the one with 1400+ recommends to all the others 40-50).

Warning for minor rudeness.

LOL's

I am indeed a relatively hairy man (as all REAL men are), but no, I have never been tempted to try this one.

It's not the first Veet + Male Genitals tale of woe I have seen on the internet either . . . In fact I get the impression it surprisingly common.

(Veet = Quick) + (Men = Lazy) = Painful Mistake.

As in many hair removal products, the active ingredient is potassium hydroxide. Commonly delivered as "liquid caustic potash" in the chemical industry, in varying percentages of concentration. It is.. HIGHLY corrosive. It is definitely not something you'd want to be slathering over your jiggly bits, no matter how well its buffered.

I'm still preferring shaving. Those removal chemicals are just something for the lazy.

Since I started growing hair, I've had a mustache. Now, I wear a goatee because wearing a full beard looks a bit strange, for me.

However, though I am a manly man with manly hair and wear what is not-quite a Darwin Sweater.. I have shaved for the heck of it, before. Not fun. And, yes, TMI. Very Happy

But, I'd rather shave with a rusty razor than use Veet.

Note: I'm told by some friends of African American descent that shaving with standard razors and creams, for them, cause unnecessary discomfort and often results in ingrown hairs. So, a many use depilatory creams or funky shaving pastes, instead. I've tried some of the "Burma Shave"-like stuff and, have to say, it's worse than dry-shaving.

The rest of us do actually go to the Barber's for a haircut.

In my biking days, one of the guys we hung out with was called Rover and he never shaved, had a beard that came down to his bellybutton. Now the beard isn't the interesting thing, it's his name. He was called Rover because he was at this party and fell asleep on the floor, he awoke the following morning with a thumping head, this was not due to the excessive drinking the night before, but because the dog was doing unmentionable things to his hairy head. Twisted Evil

Well, if your girl tells you that she would like to do something but the hair in certain regions is annoying her, then you 'obey'. Believe me. And tbh, it feels much better that way, without some hair on the body, though it's annoying if you are natural very hairy, because of the crap grows like space weed, thus you need to shave more often.
