Far better to go with the TBV guaranteed weight-loss programme where you can eat whatever you want. It's called Tapeworm.

It's suprising how few people are prepared to take me up on it, even though
there's no question about it's effectiveness.

you wanna loose weight you eat less... shocking, right?

It's funny how people are always looking to solve their problems (in this case weight) without putting any effort (in this case limiting how much they ear). We all want some "magical" way of loosing weight/solving all out problems while laying on a coach (in this case apparently with a joint in their hand) Smile

If only it was that easy.

Trying to lose weight too fast is dangerous and counterproductive.

If you crash diet, you just lose water, then get ill and then gorge yourself
until you feel better and end up heavier.

Losing water is very, very dangerous. Much more so than people realise.

Diet and exercise together require commitment and a plan. Sadly not
everyone has the willpower to do it. As a 15 stone elephant I'm as bad
as the rest, and despite the way the buildings shake as I walk down the
street, I still don't seem to be able to keep at it.

It's not surprising in this consumer society that people want quick fixes,
especially when being told how dangerous being overweight it. Unfortunately
the more you frighten people the more they eat, to comfort themselves.

Actually eating less can cause you to gain weight. And that is a shocking fact!

Eating right and daily exercise is far better than eating less or like a rabbit.

How do you gain weight form eating less? WIthout proper protiens and complex carbs, your body will resort to storing energy as fat rather than giving you energy. This leads to a messed up metabolism and a rather complicated ordeal to overcome. This is in fact why many people struggle to loose weight desite diets.

Diet aids is a popular research because act is eating right is not exactly that easy to do. Or afford! Lifestyles also do not allways allow for better health. So newer safer ways to assist in weight loss is an important medical research.

edit: eating so little that your body starts to use its fats for energy is a starvation diet, and your are likely to gain it all back as soon as you start eating normal again ( plus some ) and or seriously hurt your body up to and including death by continuing a starvation diet! This is why the Juice diet should never exceed three days!

So when I say gain weight while eating less, I am not referring to eating less to the point of starvation.

I brought this up in an edit because it often causes confusion in this specific conversation.

when I said eat less I didn't mean dont eat at all, or eat less than you actually need to function properly, I meant that a lot of people eat tons

of junk food and than look for some sort of a "miracle medicine" to fix their weight problems, proper food and balanced selection of what you eat is obviously required

there is no easy way out: want to loose weight - dont eat like a behemoth, eat balanced variety of food, start doing sports or at least just jogging in the morning, don't expect to get stoned/eat a magic pill/etc and suddenly wake up slim
