Perpetual Sin (north of Duke's Citadel, which is east of Pontifex' Seclusion), has Nividium asteroids with yields 7 and 5. Blow them up with Hornet, Spectre, or Hammerhead missiles, then you can place satellites next to them and have freighters with ore collectors and special command software start collecting rocks (you'll need to shoot apart the mid sized asteroids so the frieghters can pick up the smallest rocks).

I had 8 superfreighters plus the Mammoth collecting rocks - you can always add more to speed things up. I always had the actual collection done out-of-sector.

Tohron, I love you. I found 3 nividium roids there. Bought 5 demeter miners from the sector just south of it (how convenient), and parked my albatros / miners in the middle of the exploded debris, gogogo collect rocks in sector!

I still have some miners here and there working on eventually filling up my entire Mammoth, but even with what I have I was making enough per stock "exchange" to get 2 bil.... so what I said before about Nividium, I take it all back. Nividium is the way to go.

Damn, this makes me want to start a dead-is-dead speed run :D
