[X3TC] Tubeless Complex Script?

Hello,

Hopefully a quick and easy question,

ive seen a few mentions of a mod that gives tubeless stations without "modifying" your save game, can anyone point me in the right direction for download?

Ive had a look in scripts for x3tc and see what looks like an obvious one, but i dont see any mention of how it wouldnt make your save game modified, so thought it best to check first.
