Is there any command/possibility for auto mining in TC?
Something like the Mobile Mining / Mineral Collection Software in the X3R BonusPack. Somebody who can collect minerals in a sector and sell it in the nearby sectors.

Lucike's "Prospector" script is brilliant. Look in the Scripts forum.
You can get some mine+trade behavior in vanilla, but Prospector makes it sane.

Software/ship requirements for commands are in the FAQ.
I think there's some ingame information as to what they actually do - personally I don't mobile mine!

Mine Minerals will crunch the rocks untill full then stop, or if you have a mine or a TL set as the home base it will mine till full, drop off at it's home base and then stop.
Mine and sell will mine the selected mineral then attempt to find a suitable buyer, I believe (I've never used this command) that it will go back and mine more after the sale.

It did in TC1.3, but I never used it in 2.1 or 2.5

Mine and trade (2.5) will mine, collect, then sell for best price before returning to its mineral source to start again. I don't think you can select which mineral though, it just sees what is nearest around (a bit like the collect rocks command although this one does break rocks if a laser is in the turret). Be aware that if set to jump and suitably fuelled etc, it will jump to sell but will always come back to start mining again the slow way. That is when most mine and trade ships get killed crossing dangerous areas on the way back.

Thank you all This mine-and-trade will be the winner for now.
There are some safe commercial sectors for this - Kingdom End for example, or some others in Argon space where I used to start this credit-and-rep gathering miners
