shared files are actually something abit different.

the support isn't fully in 0.51, infact /s does nothing, it'll do something in 0.60

in the package, on the left of the files there is a checkbox on somefiles that you can tick.

any files that are marked like this will be classed as shared files.

basically, its there for library files that are shared with other scripts that might not be installed via SPK.

basically, when uninstalling, or disabling any files that are marked like this, they will be left where they are.

the /s option will, when its implemented, find any of these files that are no longer connected to any scripts and remove them

strange then. /s is currently working as far as it removes any file that did not un-install that is on the list.

that wouldn't do anything, coz u havn't given the program a command to run.

-l is a flag, its just a setting, u need to run a command as well, thats the / ones

if ur installing, something like, spkmanager -tl 33 /i 1.spk

-l just switches the game language, it mainly effects the text file creation (-t) and the install/uninstall text. Doesn't change the language of the text in the actual program, not yet at least.

in 0.6 it will also effect the script names as well, for any spk files that have different language script names in.

without the -l, it'll set the language to the same as the game directory

noticed another glitch:

tried /e /d fake patches and it is no longer working on these.
Code:
4:1239472913::1:/01.dat
4:1239472913::1:/01.cat

it appears any file now with a ::1: in it no longer moves under manager 5.2. it was working under 4.2 as i just tried it. the example above was suppose to be in the "disabled state" and as you can see it is not.

the ::1 means that the file is a shared file.

did you mark the file as shared in the package ?

shared files are not supposed to be removed or disabled

here is the original file:

as you can see it is not selected to be shared but manager is making it shared now. it appears to be only doing that to cat/dat files.

ok, the next version is available, i've been abit busy so its taken awhile to find time to do updates.

this update added Parent and Child support.
The list display (/l) will now display the children tabbed from the parents
Disabling a parent will now disable all children as well
Uninstalling a parent will now uninstall all children as well

Added new flag (-c) to auto enable all children when the parent is enabled

Added support for Marked Shared Files, so they wont be disabled or unisntalled at all, unless u use the remove command

Added Script name language support, if you now have multiple script names for different languages in the package file, it will display the correct name for the games language.

the -l option will change the name it'll display

0.80 is now available.

several internal changes as well as only allowing 1 mod at a time and creating a text file for the plugin manager.

0.80 is the current library used in the new Plugin Manager Lite

cycrow i want to thank you for your ongoing work to this community. I have noticed somewhere else that you have lost a lot of your files and i can imagine a bit of the frustration what comes along with that.

nevertheless keep up your astonishing work
