Player HQ Broken...Maybe

Hello, I have been looking all over to see if I'm wrong about this but my player HQ won't reverse engineer, I dock ships, it says "Your Argon Nova 100%" It says above it added to reverse engineering que, it sits there and nothing happens, am I missing a step to start reverse engineering or is it just bugged?

Did you get the station in the normal way or was it added by a script? In the latter case simply creating the station is not sufficient. You'll need to ask in the Scripts and Modding forum about ways to get around this.
