Also I checked both the Medusa proto and the jaguar and they both have cockpits in my game, which version are you running (2.0 or 2.1) ? and what other mods do you have installed ?

Its not recommended to install another mod witch contain another TShips file !!!
-maybe u have intall a fake patch in your X3 directory

Here's a hotfix for the buzzard sentinel and the boron M3P proto until PSC can repack the new versions :)

I'm sorry you were right it was a mod conflict problem solved after i reinstalled TC :)

I just felt like I HAD to post to say..."WOW! Awesome job with this mod!!!" This is hands down one of the best additions to the game! I've always felt like X3TC was lacking a little special something to the feel/flow of the game and you nailed it well.

Once I installed the mod and logged in, it was like playing a different game all together! The cockpits REALLY give the game the feel and depth it was missing. I tried out various ship types (My fleet is mostly ATF and Taladi) ranging from M5's to my Odin M1. I flew around, fought, went to other sectors, and docked with each ship type just to see if there were any issues. NONE! Ran smooth the whole time.

For anyone else out there that is looking to give their game that extra little visual umph, this is the mod for you! Once again, super job on this addition...

it is not compatible with Cmod3. this it the visual effect of a Cmod3+PSCO1 cockpits game when firing a ISR: http://www.xup.in/dl,87960101/x3screen00005.jpg/

one file conflicts, the 1000.bod, rename it to 10002.bod and adjust scene files.

I had problems with glow i think, the engine light flares it gets bright and then dark, or at the Goner aran this yellow lights all over the ships.

And in the cockpits sometimes there is also a flare. I don't know why.

Planets sometimes too. They are bright but sometimes they lose their brightness.

Ps. i have also Combat Mod installed maybe thats the problem?

oh and i had a white line (looked like a laser beam) through the cockpit of capital ships.

I have uninstalled it because of this problems, i hope you find them :cry:

It might be a shader issue conflict. I use Shawn's Cockpit mod and have similar issues. Basically anything that is lit and emits a glow can be effected. It also appears entirely random.

This cockpit mod looks nice. Any chance of getting it in blue (except for Xenons)? :)

I already found the problem, see the previous post.

the body with the screens has the same name of Cmod3 ISR bullet bod, so you see a white beam.


I already reported back in the 1.2 and is a easily fixable issue. :roll:

hmm on your picture i didn't see this since its not the cockpit view (i didn't see anything un-normal :? )

my picture you see the Cmod3 ISR shooting from a Dragon. And it does not look like Cmod3 ISR... look well, you'll see a bunch of screens on the left.
The guy who took that shot just installed this mod as the last fake patch and the game used a bunch of screens as a ISR bullet because it loaded PSCO1's file instead of Cmod3's

You have Cmod3 as the last fake patch so you see a ISR bullet instead of the screens because the game loads the Cmod3's file in your cockpit instead of the PSCO1's.

if a file has the same name the game will use the one in the last fake patch and ignore the other one.

p.s. yeah, it is not so easy to see... look well :D

This file will be renamed at the next update.

I have tested different shaders with "dust" file ,fog effects and nebulae; its better but i dont know if it had really fixed the problem.. i need beta testers.

For the moment I prepare another version of my cockpit mod..

For the 2.1 version, I get a error saying that the dat file is broken. It won't unzip.
