Filling in some prerequisites...

I think USC Commander unlocks based on race rep rather than finishing the plot; I was at Senatorial Advisor when I finished the plot and no USC Commander, but it appeared after I reached Marshall of Mars.

Boring Boron, Pious Paranid, and Savage Split appear to unlock at Queen's Guard, Friend of Priest King, and Distinguished Associate, respectively. Anonymous Argon unlocks at least a couple of ranks earlier, but I didn't notice exactly when. Going by Gruntwhistle's discovery, that must be 10,000 rank points for the Boron, Paranid, and Split, and 333 for the Argon.

I've unlocked Tormented Teladi, but don't really know how I did. It might be trading rank (Petty Financier here -- how many points is that?).

So Aldran Explorer needs Terran Plot Completed, Argon Rank 10,000 and Fight Rank 100,000 reached?

I wonder if Terran and Argon rank are interchangeable here. It seems a bit odd for the Aldran start to be based on Argon rank, otherwise.

Something odd going on in my game then - highest rep rank with all factions except Goners, but so far only unlocked Anonymous Argon & Goner Witness (which appeared immediately after completing the Goner plot). Not sure when the Argon one appeared.

I believe race rep 10K is rank 7 (e.g. Federation Marshal), 333 is rank 4 (Accepted Advisor).

Not so sure about fight ranks, but according to some script or other 3333 would be rank 17/16 (Specialist/Petty Financier) and 10K would be rank 19/17 (Master Chief/Financier).

EDIT: 100K fight would be 25 (Crusader).

Note that the values for race rep are on the threshholds, but fight & trade rank are (apparently) not (100K would be around Crusader 30%).

However, I meet all the reqs we think are for Aldran Adventurer and I don't see it - Terran plot, Protector of the Federation (266,595), and Crusader 78% (128,187). So maybe take the rank values with a pinch of salt :).

EDIT2: Or at Battlemaster (140004). I guess it just hates me!
