Ships for Sale

Not 100% sure this is the right place but...

I am getting alot of Ships with the credit sign that when you hale dont have any option out side the normal where is the local shipyard / ED or Surrender, any suggestion on this front?

this has been spotted before, it seems that after the time for the mission is up they dont loose the tag. theres another thread about this somewhere....
