Backup copies of folders 't', 'scripts', and the savegame folder.

What Jakesnake5 means is that the packs changes scripts not mentioned in its readme. But from file diff I can say that only files with name '*autotrade*' are affected. Even that was intended as improvement, but a bug had slipped in. And a fix is already available.

But the "public" scripts in 3.1.01 seem to have couple issues too. What might be the most efficient and constructive way to give feedback to the authors: S&M, L3 Testing, PM?

If there had been an update, the version number in this thread and the download would have changed. It hasnt.

There are bugs in the UT code. The fix is to put the old scripts back in.

Actually, 3.1.00 was the first version, and the current one is 3.1.01.

I ahte it when they slip things like that in without actually saying something. At the very least, someone should have posted a "packs been updated" message in this thread, so those of us watching it could see it.

L3 would be the best place to post

So it is not just for "pre-sign" testing feedback?

X³ Reunion - Bonus Pack version 3.01.01 is now available for download in the download section.
It was actually the last post in this thread for several days.

I read earlier in this topic that this Bonus Pack is supported by the version of X3 that you can purchase through Steam.

But I am wondering, does Steam allready update X3 with this Bonus Pack by itself?

If I do have to install the Bonus Pack do I just leave it at its default directory or do I aim it as the X3 directory in:
"C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\x3 - reunion"?

If I do aim it at the X3 directory in "C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\x3 - reunion" will it still work fine or will I it have problems?

Thanks for your time.

you need to tell it where X3 is installed.

if C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\x3 - reunion is where X3.exe is then that's the directory to use.

The Bonus Pack has been updated to 3.01.02

This update contains a fix for the Comercial Agent, language files for italian and fixes the problem with the Mk3 autotrader introduced in the previous version of the bonus pack.

Jaeshaw's original question remains unanswered...do we need to uninstall the original or will the .02 pack simply overwrite the first one?
