Here's a list of all the factories you can buy, where from and for how much!

It's an Excel file (.xls), but if you can't read them, there is a converter about, check Google!

The resources required for a station are dependant on level and race.

Simple factories that only require energy are the same throughout though (like mines), but the tech stuff has multiple resources and secondary resources (which you don't need to supply on 'easy' I think), but do on the higher levels...

I will try to get around to listing the resources too, but for now the list will have to just be a reference to prices/locations.

I would love to add the rank required, but where could I put it!!!

It's already a hell of a squeeze to get onto 3xA4 sheets, 1mm extra width and it goes onto another 3 pages.

The margins are already down to .8mm, much less than that and it won't print on some older printers.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

The resources are independent of game difficulty. It only affects the ship and amount of cash you start with. Player factories never need secondary resources, only primary (except solar power plant).

Race-owned factories will produce even if no secondary resources are available.

To find out what player-owned factories need in resources, you'll probably have to buy one of each, and see what it demands.

To get the ranks in, I would suggest you made a numbered list with the race ranks in it, and then used the number instead of the asterisk.

There are sixteen ranks, but not all are necessary to put in, because as "Argon Enemy of the Federation" you're not likely to be able to buy a cowpie.

And as "Argon Protector of the Federation" you're most likely allowed to buy anything you want, therefore making "Argon Hero of the Federation" unnecessary to use.

I will try to squaaze ranks in there, but I think it would be nearly impossible to produce a list much more detailed than this, once you add resources (which may involve buying each station as Allan F mentioned, someone would want to know the number of resources used per cycle/capacity of resource station can hold, products produced per cycle, average profit, cycle duration, etc.)

Not sure anyone but a dev could supply all that info...

You might want to make forced page breaks. And don't bother worrying about using 4 or 5 pages. It is worth every scrap of paper.

BTW - it looks and works fine on OpenOffice !

It should work on OpenOffice, I wrote it on that! (v2.0) (SuSe 9.3)

Just saved it as .xls for all the poor Windows users out there!

I may include FPB's at the end of sections that won't fit (entirely) on the page, but that will be the last thing, once it's all finished and I know where the sections will end!
