EDIT: to be more precise, the question concerns not the large ships (marines can repaiir those, I guess) albeit a fleet of smaller ships

Everything that returns from an MLCC mission docks at your HQ for repair, if you have one. Including fighters. From there, you can quickly repair everything that was damaged, and send everyone home.

HQ builds, repairs, recycles a lot faster than vanilla, and it will be vital in repairing and building ships.

Vanilla only allows for one (maybe two, if I recall changes to a particular patch). I considered adding the ability to add another, and then I thought to myself: "nope".

I couldn't think of a reason I'd ever use more than one HQ.

I had one of the sectors get taken back from the ocv by the races without helping them. They were able to do it completely on their own. Granted, the ocv is relentless; they built up again and conquered it again eventually.

AAR? Also, I played it for a bit, and got up to around 30 UTs, 2 Saturn Complexes, an elephant and some m6's, but I've been really busy irl and haven't had time to play lately. In terms of mod progress, any information I could give would be way outdated. My brief attempt at a player log is on the wiki under "Rocky".

Nice additions.

About the example offered with an M7 providing flak defense for you, is there an option in the template manager to set it for this particular task ?

Well, the template manager is really just a template of the ship and it's configuration. It could store the setup of the M7 required for defending you.

and the "Aldrin guys" -- you know those living under the big Aldrin rock in the Aldrin sector that was rediscovered in a certain plot in TC that was also reconnected to the jumgate network through another plot in the same game?? Hehe..

I think you are just joking though.. I just thought they need more ships.. not just Spytfire, #deca drones and the Springblossom
