Several people have PM'd me asking where they can get this mod. The file download for this mod has been offline until recently. The new link is here.

For those interested, our old site (xr3dmod.com) is being moved to www.worldwidemods.com

I apologize to those who experienced difficulties locating the mod file. We will continue moving our legacy content from xr3dmod.com (now closed) to our new site.

Does Family Fortune use page 8552? If so, then it needs to be updated for AP 3.0 (as you said).
  • (@Observe: Pages in the range of 8550-8600 are risky for conflicts.)

We are aware that the current version is not fully compatible with AP 3.0. However, both Stu and I are swamped with other priorities atm, and I don't know exactly when we'll be able to release a new update.

My intent in making sure this version remains available, is it does run with AP 3.0 (with exception of such as pointed out), and does still provide game enjoyment.

I'm interested in trying this start and the new ships however i can't seem to download the files. I take the link to world wide mods and go to the download link but it seems to require a username and password. Not sure what to do here lol.

Hi Shiningmoonblade,

Just click the register button and put in a username and password. It takes about 10 seconds to do. Then you're in. I know it's a slight pain, but I have reasons for doing it that way, and I figure compared to the hundreds (thousands?) of hours I've put into these mods, it probably isn't too much to ask.
