Thanks for sharing, the fixes were becoming hard to track and it seems the mod was still broken so your extra fixes are welcome. However, it seems you have linked to the wrong file? It's called Universal_Auction_Service.7z and its readme sounds nothing like what you listed above.

Oops. I must have posted the wrong link when I also updated the Auction Service mod at that time.
