Hey, I've got a problem... I've installed the game start mod, loaded the game and I was playing as Commander Shepard... BUT! I was flying a normal Buster on the original mod and Kill's mod... So I thought I might need to download the ship mod too... so I did... And the readme says I need to "Select the mod M6NormandyByTenk on startup" But when I load the game loader menu up the button is blanked out... Do I need some sort of mod manager like Oblivion? Or have I done something wrong?

Any help Is Appreciated :)

Did you make a Mods folder in your X3TC directory and place the cat/dat in there? That's how you get mods to show up in the launcher.

Yup got a folder called "mods directory" as the readme said I should but it only told me to put the "setup.tenk.normandysetup.xml" in that folder. And its not that the mod isnt appearing in the mod selection screen... The button to the mod selection screen titled "select mod package" is blanked out so when I click on it nothing happens. Also the mod I want is the game start one, so I start as cmdr shep and a nomandy but I start with a buster =/

>.< nvm when you mentioned mods folder I changed my "mods directory" folder to just "mods"... And now I can go on to select mods... God I'm such a tool =D. Thanks Hotsnake for helping :). Now the only problem is why im starting in a buster instead of normandy =/

You need to use the mod of my site as its up to date. Not sure if it works with the start. Maybe someone who uses both can help you further.

It is your mod im using lol. So your mod doesn't start with the normandy? Where do I get one from then?

No my mod just adds the ships. The game start at the beginning of this thread makes you start in the ship. But I never made sure it would work with the updated version I made quickly. Ill check it now.

That looks like a setup script, which doesn't belong in the "Mods" folder; it belongs in the "Scripts" folder.

So, I'm trying to modify the stats a little, because personally, I think the Normandy is a Frigate (M7) class, and I do remember something about it being there in the ME2. Any help? What tools do I need?

You do not as it is not an xsp file. You need to use doubleshadows tools (lnked top of the forum). I don't have time at the very moment to go though it step by step but I am sure someone will.

The Normandy was also faster than 220 mps and MUCH more agile lol. I'd like to change it to a faster and more agile version, but alas I've never modded in my entire life lol. Oh and Killerog, where can I get the SR2 on your updated mod? And how much is it? Thanks in advance =D

Why not just use Cycrow's cheat script and adjust your engine tuning and agility to your liking?

Of the top of my head I have no idea. Ill have to take a look when I can.

About stats, having never finished ME1 or played ME2 I have very little knowledge of the ships. So it would be up t you to tweak there stats I don't have the time to play around with the mod unless a bug is found.

@davidmi58 I don't like using cheats lol besides I had no idea that exsisted lol I'm new to the X games so I don't know much cept fly/shoot and kill.
