Just as an FYI, the Secret UFO Base I mentioned was a rumour all the way back from 2000 when X-Tension was released, and these forums didn't even exist! Good times!

I know everything about the secret ufo base, as I've read every single thread about it in the german and in the english board which I found via the searchengine! :D
And I mentioned it some more often in the past few weaks, so no, I haven't stolen your Idea. But let's work together on this subject to bring back the SECRET-UFO-BASE-CONSPIRACY to X3:TC! :D

The truth is somewhere out there...

Oh right, thats what you were on about, i've never played x:tension, i started playing x2 a while back when i found it in a bargain bin before x3:r was released. never heard if it before then............ played it for 6 months straight than i got x3.

Any pics of these Otas Ships or how good they are? I have so many scripts right now I tend to want to know what I'm getting when I install a new one.

The ships are already in the game, i just added them to the shipyards, so you can buy them. Chances are you've already seen most of them so they'll be in your encyclopedia.

Alternatively, activate the galaxy editor and look at the ships yourself.

Just type "Makeanapplepiefromscratch" in as your pilots name (note the capital M). Exit to the main menu and under new games you should see "galaxy editor". When it loads prees shift+Numpad Enter, select "create ship" and it'll give you a list of all the ships in the game. when you pick one it'll ask for a sector and coordinates. just select the one your in and type 0 for the co-ord's, the ship will spawn in front of you.

dudes add the travelling mechanic by cycrow i think
you will find a huge ship that can dock m6's ect
and 1 m2
ummmm..... 1 wonders what would happen if i dropped its shields and sent in the marines :wink:

What does SPK mean?

SPK is a file type used for Cycrows Plugin Manager:

Just install the plugin manager and double click the SPK to install the script.

The RAR has all the same data, but you must install it manually into the games folders.

I am really enjoying your mod. The Astraeus and the 7 Notus fighters are a great team. I've equipped the Astraeus with Cluster Flak Arrays and Flak Artillary Arrays and it enjoys eating Kha'ak for breakfast. Even without the help of the fighters.

Quick question, how do I install this? I have the game on a different computer and want to add these ships to it. I already have the script thing enabled so I don't need advice on the "Thereshallbewings" part. Just need to know where to put the file when I download it.

I seem to be having a small issue with this. I can go to the shipyard and see all the various ships, and I can buy them, but for some reason I cant fire any weapons. It will load the weapons just fine, and I can change loadouts, missles etc. But when I try to fire at anything, nothing happens. The Notus works fine and thats what Im using now, but it would be nice to be able to use the others as well....what could be causing this? or are the other ones to be used as part of a wing or fleet, that you aren't flying yourself?
