To start the command, the ship needs to be docked to a station, so that the Commercial Agent can enter it.

Here's a question - what determines the idle time of parked ships, both the actual idle command and the CAG-on-standby period. Is there something I can do to reduce that?
I wasn't banished to the moon yesterday.
