You can delete "Argnu beef" or "Crystals" from the blacklist. The pilot must buy resources in the first 2 hours.

It. It is very simple.

The pilot has to be at least "Trader" in order to trade intermediates.
The pilot has to be at least "Courier" in order to sell products.
Your Complex probably has only intermediates and products.
Your pilot is "Apprentice". It can only buy resources.
Thus, there is nothing that the pilot can do on that Complex.
Therefore, the pilot cannot promote to "Courier" either.

You have to train the pilot elsewhere.

I'm also getting the Language files missing error. I installed the files you posted about in the forum. However, still didn't fix the problem.

I installed the English??? and then I downloaded both of the links you posted in the post you made on Page 2.
