Does this mod delete stations? I restarted and I'm at the bit where I have to talk to Ishiyama after you get the free ship. The station keeps getting deleted, taking him with it and breaking the mission.

Can anyone confirm this? I'm screwing around with the different versions of the mod files now trying to see if they are affecting ship totals but if its pointless I might as well get rid it gone

Ok, I installed Race patrols and Khaak Invasions and now have a problem - game crashes.
To be precise - 5 to 10 seconds after i load the savegame it just freezes... forever. I uninstalled them both and got the same result.
Also uninstalled the mod you recommended and the Military Base Response revamp by ThisIsHarsh, as i thought they might have conflicts, then tried to load again - same result.
Figured the savegame is corrupt somehow and loaded another one - same result...

Any ideas/advice? Please help.

Sorry for resurrecting this topic, but this script has a major flaw - should any of the spawned ship's pilots bail, the ship will self destruct when the rest of the patrol/assault team is gone. I'm trying to fix this on my own but so far i have been unsuccessful.

Since the filefront link is dead, i have re-uploaded the mod without permission of the author to megaupload.

Download Race Patrols v1.43 - Nothing removed.

P.S. ttl, if you get the original link fixed, tell me to remove this one should you read this.

EDIT: I have partially fixed the issue, it's caused with racepatrol.bacup.follower script. The said ship whose pilot bailed gets destroyed outside the sector where original assault happened and randomly switches to "Attack all targets" which cannot be stopped or changed.

I fixed the part where the ship explodes, but it still randomly changes it's state aka the ship is still hooked on the script.

P.S.2 If anyone knows a script on how to unhook a ship from script, please let me know.

P.S.3 Unless ttl replies to the PM i sent him, i will upload my partially-fixed script here and hopefully, someone else with more scripting knowledge can fix it so we can enjoy this mod in its full shine.

Well that's gone then :(

I wanted this one as well, have had problems with all other race patrol type scripts (RRF crashes too often, Revamped takes my FPS down to 0.1 after running for 20 hrs or so).

Make sure you have US IP or use US proxy as filefront blocks some of the foreign IP's.
