Buggy "Order Completed" message (maybe early spoilers?)

Buggy "Order Completed" message (maybe early spoilers?)

I am playing with the Terran start, and after a few missions I was given an "Advanced Argon Discoverer." I have "yes" selected so the ship will send me a message when it finishes a task, but the message it sends after it completes something is always very strange. It says something like "Message from unknown" and the content of the message is empty. There are supposed to be 2 buttons showing also, the "Close" and "Open Ship Menu." Only one button is appearing and it is cut off...it is aligned all the way to the left and only showing the right edge of the button. .

Sorry I don't have a screenshot, I'm out of town away from my gaming pc right now.
