Military Transport mission trouble

I took on a Military Transport mission where I needed to transport 6 military personnel somewhere. I landed at the station where they were coming from, and nothing happened. No messages in my log or anything. Is this a bug or is that something I have to do to load them in my ship?

Terran Sabre. My first attempted transport mission said I needed a different kind of ship when I landed, but this current mission didn't send me any messages about that.
