Missing Quantum Tube Fab

I am x3 trader. I am using bonus pack. I have setup many complexes and factories. The Quantum tube fab is not available for purchase in the game. Is this a bug or it will be available sometimes later?

All five races sell the quantum tube fab in at least one of their shipyards. You might have to search around for one.

HINT: Try Light of Heart. :wink:

If that shipyard doesn't have it, then there's a problem with your game. If it's a Steam purchase, try verifying your game files.

Thanks, there appear to be more than two shipyards for each race and QFab is always in the third and remoetst one.
