Death is technically finishing, I will point out.

Being technically right is the best kind of right. Right?

But yeah, I was thinking more along the lines of surviving to the intended end of the story, and not die prematurely to Xenon or pirates.
Given the people that tend to hang around here I guess I should have included that part. :p

Of course, you'd have to go ahead and do things cautiously. And you know, not try and fight a Q 1v1 with a discoverer. You're not me, you can't pull shenanigans like that.

I do try, but Murphy's Law show up and bite me in the ass all the time. And the last time I tried to fight a Q was with an M6. I'm not bonkers enough to try taking out a Q with a Disco :p

My, time does fly - I do believe it is time for the fortnightly poke again, Scion :P

To be fair the only M6 I've had any luck knocking out a Q with was the P.

And now that I'm thinking on it, it wasn't a Disco, but a Harrier. Mass Drivers OP.

All's fair in love and war, and If she's trying to kill me it's gotta be one or the other. So yeah: missiles.
'Sides, if you're bettin' on the fighter while considerin' long range explosives foul play you may wanna settle in for awhile cos THAT's gonna take awhile.

That's entirely fair. Of course, that's why I carry lots of wasps, to distract things. :D

Tempts Zaitsev with another inexplicable death

Already working on characters and backstory. :P

Probably going to take a while though, as my creative gears have gathered plenty of rust due to lack of use.

As long as it doesn't take you several months per chapter I think you'll be fine :P

No worries, guys, and thanks for all the nudges.
I am working on it. I'm just old and... I guess I have to add 'very'... slow. It is in the works, though, and, hopefully at least, worth reading. I will try to have it out by no later than the new year.

j/k - I don't want to >guarantee< by American Thanksgiving but that's the goal. In any case thanks for still being interested.

I'm still waiting on a chapter of a story that hasn't updated in almost 5 years. I can be patient.
