Contemplating starting a new game soon but haven't decided what restrictions to apply this time around. Fancy doing something a little different and I've a few ideas but I'm not sure it would translate very well into anything worth reading. Probably be a bit of a slow game.

I know this post is well after the effect but i have just got back into the X games with TC.

I have read this entire thread in just under a week and loved it. I have downloaded the pdf. of the Slugs previous adventure as a Boron and am highly looking forward to reading it (I know i have done it dackwards).

I would love to try DiD but will need a lot of practice first as i have been away since X2.

First, welcome back. Second, one really doesn't notice how much they die until one tries DiD. I tried myself and the first 2 deaths were BS but the 20 after that were quite legit.

egosoft. one of your best DID stories is dead. The pdf file is not availible. file not found I wanted to give a printed copy to my Girl friend because she claims she wants to learn to play Albion Prelude. lol Anyway let me know when the pdf version is availible. Thanks. These DID stories by Nuclear Slug teach new players, like my girlfriend, how to play and it's important that the PDF files of nuclear slugs works remain easy to download. I dought he will get it. Most of the other players that made the superbox didn't come back for Albion Prelude. But I will try to get ahold of him. I'm excited about Rebirt because it will bring fresh players to these forums. I bought Albion Prelude Months ago and simply never played it. It was a charitable donation to Egosoft. Now I am playing it it is actually a good/bad improvement. The bail chance for ships is set too low. I'm having trouble playing the game as a pirate. I have to supplement my income using the stock market to get by. I need a mod to make ships bail much more often.

Thank you. Have read these 20 times but when i get the bug to play i like to read these and others like yourself. I got a new joystick and it's completely different and very difficult but it's the reason for my new itch to play/read.
