X3:TC NPC Mission to build Space Fuel Dist. in Home of Light?

A station in Home of Light Sector has a 'build' mission, asking me to build a Space Fuel Dist. in Home of Light -- is the Space Fuel Dist. not illegal to have in Argon areas, so I would run into issues transporting it from Argon Prime?

No, it's fine to transport and build it. If it is not an Argon station then it will be unlicenced when built and so the authorities may well attack it after it has been built and handed over. (Not that you will probably care much though.) If it is Argon then it should be licenced and so OK.

All station contruction kits are legal everywhere. Some stations and wares are illegal but kits in TL are not.
Besides, the station that you build on contract is not yours, not even for a moment. It will be NPC station from start.
