Buying Spacestations in X2 - Resolved.

When I go into shipyards in X2 I cannot purchase space stations. When I open up the list of space stations for sale they're all marked in red and unable to be bought even though I have enough money. Anyone know why?

Do you have a TL ship docked at that shipyard? (You can hire NPC TL if you cannot buy one yet.)
Cannot remember whether high race reputation was required, but they definitely don't sell to enemies.

... and if you do have an owned/hired TL docked there then it has to have enough free cargo space for the relevant station kit.

That'll be it. I hadn't bought/hired a TL. It's been so long since I last played this game (10+ years) that I've forgotten how to do everything. Thanks for your help.
