[X3-R] "Freezing" pirate TS and argon police when OOS

[X3-R] "Freezing" pirate TS and argon police when OOS

I found something strange in my X3: Reunion.
There is a "freezing" pirate TS and some "freezing" Argon police in the Herron's Nebula.

Time passed, the other ship in Herron's Nebula keep moving.
My TS(OOS) jumped in, bought some space fuel, jump out, sold space fuel in pirate station.
But those Argon police and the pirate TS keep "freezing".

Only when I drive my Raijin Raider myself and jump to that sector.
They will start to move and shoot, and the pirate TS will die in 2 minutes.

Is this some kind of special event ?

How do you observe the "freeze"?


Note that if you set your ships to run command "Idle", they will fly around when you are in sector, but stay in place if you are not.

Advanced satellite + load game
Observe them on sector map(universe map) by advanced satellite OOS.
Jump in to "defrost" them and observe.
Load game to keep them "freezing".

For price information, I put several satellites in several sectors.
When I found that one pirate TS appeared in Herrion's Nebula,
I drive the Penatran (I borrow it from Julian story line) and jump to Herron's Nebula.
Fly closer and try to hunt that TS. Load several times, I found out nothing I can do.
And that pirate TS cannot escape from those argon police and die in about 2 or 5 minutes.

So I load the game and ignore those freezing ship.
Now I finished the story line, but the pirate TS and Argon police are still "freeezing" there.

(That TS is red on the sector map, so that the argon police found the illegal goods already.)

Some jobs only apply when in sector so ships doing those jobs will just sit still when out of sector.

It sounds like the police and pirate are locked in combat, but the police ship (m5?) doesn't do enough damage to break the TS shielding when OOS with the way Reunion is calculating it. My experience is mostly in AP which changed up OOS calculations, but iirc in TC and Reunion it was based on damage per bullet and ignores fire rate, and an m5 with alpha IREs has very weak bullets.
