X3R - Goner Temple Mission

Goner Temple Mission

In my game the Goner Temple mission would not start unless I was undocked from the Temple
So either I had to com the Temple from space...
or if I was docked I had to undock after talking to Noah and Saya for the mission to trigger

Once I did either of these the mission would trigger and I was able to get through it

Or rather I was dragged through it bewildered as to what was going on most of the time
Egosoft are awful at writing and presenting a story
The section in the city canyons looked like it was hacked together by an asset flipper
But that's ok - it's not what I play Egosoft games for
I play the games for what Egosoft do best - beautiful complex sandbox space 4X simulation with almost unlimited freedom and options


I post just to see if other players have had this in their game
or does it mean there is a problem with my game

I did see an old video on Youtube where a player docked; talked to Noah and then nothing happened; until the player undocked and then the mission triggered
So maybe this is intentional and not a bug in my game

Yes, you do need to undock for the mission to continue, as that's the only way Saya is able to beam you into that back seat.
