You know thos sounds like a great mod in the making!

Find Susie! Of course when her parents (compulsive gamblers) left her setting in the casino to be found by station security 100 adventures ensued. So many years later Susie if grown up and now after hitting the lottery her parents are looking for her.

(Naturally she turned Pirate after a long stretch in Yaki pleasure complex.)

Go find Susie! (As potientially complex as any other plotline in the game I think) :P

That's a lot more elegent but time-consuming solution to the problem than starting up the "Bankrupt Assassin" start and renaming the pilot "Susie". In other words, it's something I'd love to see, but well beyond my ambitions and abilities at the moment.

Yes you just KNOW there's got to be a sad story in the future of any kid left to fend for herself in a casino. Like learning to deal blackjack.
:o Oh cruel fate!

I strongly suspect that Susie, being present on almost every station, is one of a new generation of Xenon models designed to look like other races.

Crossing franchises? Oops. Good explanation though.
As long as you don't tell me Terraformers can turn into firetrucks and such. Suszie might be that girl in the casino in the teeshirt saying "Xenons are a gas!"....

I am an unashamed crosser of franchises!

I'm betting she also has an adamantium skeleton, can visit people in their dreams and has laser swords on her fingers as claws.

Wondering just how much copyright I can infringe in a single sentence.

Didn't you know, Susie is alive and well and works as a Station announcer!

Saying words to live by over the P.A? I always thought that one of the most profound comments in the game weren't in those quotations that show up for load screens. It's the announcer giving us three words that explain Life, The Universe and Everything in three simple words of warning:

***DING**** "MIND THE GAP"

I've always suspected that Susie's parents weren't mindful and fell into "the Gap"!

I thought her disappearance was why station administration sent a reminder to keep children away from the airlocks?

I think this is the most plausible in-universe answer.

In the future, station announcements should poke fun at other game franchises' characters, such as "Will the parents of the Argon boy named Gordon please pick him up" as a reference to Gordon Freeman from the Half-Life series.

(Chime):
Would the Terran pilot Dovakin please report to the hangar bay, your ship is eating the maintenance staff... And please bring a fire extiguisher...

(BEE-boon!)

Would the Terran Pilot of the Split Mamba, by the name of Eli, please stop pestering the Goner Temple for Salvage Insurance; it's Game Over when we say it is, not "never."

(This is a reference to Liquid Snake from the Metal Gear Solid game series).

"Would Mister Kane please report to customs about the green glow from your shipment."

(Command and Conquer)

"Would Extermination Expert Gerault please report to the cafeteria."

I think that if anyone discovered what Tiberium was in the X-Universe, they'd peg it as Xenon terraforming technology.

Oh well, here's another:

To our masked guest, arson will not be tolerated. Cease trying to set fires or you may find yourself in an emergency fire-suppressing decompression.

(Team Fortress 2, the Pyro. Let's hope he doesn't discover hypergolic fuels.)

Good point! No doubt.

A reminder that this station might be modded out of the game at any time. Thank you.

Would the pilot by the name of Bal A'Cla'Va please remember to remove all headwear when submitting for Photo ID checks?

(This is a reference to how there's a character named after headwear named Ban Danna, or Bandana, in the X-Universe, so here's his cousin, Balaclava!)
