yeh im hoping that falls under the NEW SHIPS part. and not an OLD ship reintroduced as such. would like to see a totally new Yaki Fast M7, perhaps they will even make the Adv Chokaro available this time round!!

2. You can uninstall it if you want to. There is no practical reason to do so as you won't need to run the Steam client, but if it makes you feel better then go right ahead. I didn't see any fixes for the uncontrolled spawning of escort ships being left behind at stations, thus causing lag(the one where the trader despawns but the escort stays), would that come out as a hot fix seperately?

Ouch :( Looks like creating my Xenon plot will have to wait. As soon as I have access to 2.0, I will rectify this oversight.

Perhaps there are some undocumented fixes, and this one is getting stealth fixed. It's a really annoying bug :(

Also, it would be nice if NPC pilots would use some of the AP introduced new TS and TP class ships--and not only having these available exclusively to the player.

Looking forward to the patch :D

There are one or two little fixes that didn't make it into the changelog (such the the Major Miner achievement) but unfortunately this isn't one of them. Even if we do get a chance to fix it at some point then we probably won't be able to remove existing ships, only prevent new ones from being left lying arund.

It's nothing that complicated. It gives scripts that have a reference to the object representing a factory to get a reference to the object representing the complex it is part of, if indeed it is part of a complex, which is useful because in a complex all the actual wares are stored there.

Yes. Luckily the logging part was working fine, so when you load your savegame it will check to see if you've already done the required things and give you the achievement.

I was holding off on the TRP but it's starting to look inevitable.

Do you fixed a bug with player AI-controlled ships ingnore all player commands (like move command) when attacked and charge at everything that dare to shoot at them?

Well - if there is a nosteam exutable available then I will purchase the package. I don't mind the price, and I even don't mind using steam only once for activating the game (altough I still feel uncomfortable with that). I only have problems when steam is needed every time I start up the game. I was even willing to pay more for having a no-steam version, but I see the price is a no-brainer.

If the same sceme would be used with X:R it would be a half-way solution for those that do not want a Steam client running or installed by default on their systems (like me). Well - time will learn...

Im really really disappointed about the lack HQ/HUB/UFJD for Terran. This strikes me as mini-plots that could have been created in such a way regardless of what side youre on or what plot you've done. Simply don't involve TErran/Argon interaction for example...

Anyways. Sigh.

What about actually winning the war? Has that been fixed/done? I thought this was getting addressed as the war is currently "unwinnable" ?

Fair enough, but I remember Bernd said that Ego had some very good relationship with Steam developers and the Steam guy was very helpful in solving problems that are at their end.
Anyway, just like the Aldrin guy said in TC along the line of: We don't like it, but we just have to cope with it!!!

The current AP manual on Steam refers to the game as Terran Conflict, but is not the same as the TC one, is this being updated for 2.0/retail release?

It also mentions corporate missions and their rewards, which you later find out ingame are not in! Are these planned for a later patch?
