[7.0 Beta 3] Ship got stuck in hanger

I found Station 'Aurora' and landed there, nothing to do so I tried to leave again, but the ship seem to be in the hanger now and I can't get it out anymore. I also can't directly travel with the elevator to the docking bay but only reach it through the dealers exit. When I reached the bay terminal and try to manually request my ship it's indicates that there no ship of mine in there. Seems the logic behind critically stuck. I am playing the Linux build.
