[#1438][6.20 beta] "Automatic resupply" flag bug. Fix in a future build.

6.20 beta (510851), no mods, old save (jump from 5.xx to 6.20).

If "Automatic resupply" -> "use global setting" unchecked it cant be checked on again. Basically it relates to any ship.
