6.2 Vanilla - where to join the SCA?

Howdy Everyone,

In a recent Teladi start (6.2 Vanilla game) I went to Hewa's Twin IV - The Cove, where I usually find an SCA Shipyard.
There I usually receive the invitation to join the SCA or at least sign up to get their missions for that cool Scream Skin.
This game I have been all around the regular central plane of that sector as well as others .. but no SCA Shipyard yet?

Any Thoughts Anyone?

Unless you are using some kind of mod, the SCA main base is not a shipyard, although it has maintenance modules.
The position of the base is very random within Hewa 's Twin IV, sometimes it is far off center or significantly above the ecliptic.
