Leap of faith accessibility

Is it only accessible during the campaign? I am not seeing the tide in dead end to trigger anomaly even after waiting for a while. on unrelated note what is the interval of the tide?

If i remember correctly the Tide goes active once every hour (+-5 minutes).
You can access Leap of Faith after every tide, for ( i think ) one minute, through the same anomaly you did during the campaign.

Would have been nice if the tide hadn't pushed away the nav beacons I used to mark the anomaly used to access Leap of Faith.

My solution was to build a station around the anomaly (sells protection).
