How do I take Zyarth's Dominion IV

I have 5 Administrative building and the only thing left are 4 plots that instantly respawn somewhere else after I destroy them. Not even whole stations just plots. If I kill one another instantly reappears somewhere else. I have no idea how I am supposed to claim this sector.

There will be a Defense platform high up or down below view range left, you need to remove them all.

Also remember that if its contested it won't flip over to you. Which means if there are friendly admin stations those need to go too. Just the admin module itself.

Apparently there was a station off the the north west I missed, explains all the Defense drones beelining it in that direction. Thanks
