Can the percentage cost for ships bought by ai be changed?

So, when allowing other factions to buy ships from your shipyards/wharfs, there is a slider where you can move it around and change the amount they pay. It goes up to 150%. Anyone knows if this can be edited somehow so it goes to 200%?
I find it silly that if i allow factions to buy ships from me they buy them for a lower cost than when i build them manually and sell them to their shipyards ... this always bothered me. I understand why its like this (i think) but idc, i would like to change it ... anyone got any idea where to look for this?
